They were very friendly and accommodating. the location was also good, as it was very close to the city center. I enjoyed the fact that the room was clean.
there was no window in the room, so there was no air or light.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We could easily explore the square and center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing top-notch service. We were impressed with the room amenities, such as the flat-screen TV and ironing facilities. The housekeeping team ensured our room was always clean and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offered great leisure facilities like a TV room and free Wi-Fi.

We had a delightful stay - the hotel's excellent location makes it easy to explore the city. Walking distance to the main square, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and equipped with useful facilities. The staff was welcoming and accommodated all our needs. Breakfast was delicious and filling.

During our xmas stay in Duitama, we stayed in a hotel that had some positives. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly staff. They were very accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. the location was excellent, very close to the town’s famous square and other key landmarks. , the room was clean and tidy, which made a good impression on us.
The hotel had some negative aspects that we did not like. For example, the absence of windows in the room made the ambiance quite stuffy, depriving us of outdoor light and fresh air.
